Note: The Canada Flight Supplement offers this advice about flying to Cape Dorset: "High terrain both sides of runway. Steeper than normal approach to runway 31 and departure from runway 13. Runway edge lighting installed higher than standard (approximately 27 inches high located 5' outside runway edge).
